The Supreme Court is contesting Hussain former Aam Aadmi Partner and February 2020 Delhi riots, who is allowed to preach for the Delhi Assembly elections for 6 days under the terms of AIMIM. . The three-member bench of Justice Vikram Nath, Sanjana Crore and Sandeep Mehta, said Hussein would be allowed to preach in police custody. The apex court framed a number of conditions and said Hussein would only be allowed to leave prison at once and return every night. The bench said Hussein would have to deposit Rs 2.47 lakh as security costs during the confermic parole. Hussein was failing to get bail due to two Supreme Court Judges of the Supreme Court Judge. -Ptyti
