1. Flight Rebooking Option: Passengers can rebook their journey on another available flight till April 30, 2026. Some conditions apply. Passengers who booked through a travel agent should contact their agent. Those who booked directly through the Emirates website or airline office can contact Emirates Customer Support. The airline says that efforts will be made to provide maximum convenience to passengers during rebooking.
2. Ticket Refund Option: A full ticket refund option is also available for passengers who do not wish to travel at this time. Passengers who have purchased tickets directly from Emirates should visit the airline’s website and fill out a refund request form. Passengers who booked through a travel agent should submit a refund request through their agent. Emirates says efforts will be made to complete the refund process as soon as possible.
3. Recommendation to keep contact details updated: The airline has also requested all passengers to keep their contact details, such as mobile numbers and email addresses, updated to ensure timely updates on flight status and future updates. The company says the situation is constantly evolving, making it important for passengers to get the latest information.
4. City check-in services suspended: Emirates has also clarified that all city check-in points in Dubai have been temporarily closed. These services will remain suspended until further notice. Many travelers in Dubai usually use the city’s check-in facility before leaving for the airport, but this facility will not be available for now.
