The MLA of Vidhan Sabha constituency Bhucho was not even aware that someone could misuse his name. In such a case, the police of Nehianwala police station has arrested a young man.
According to the police, the accused has been identified as Harvinder Singh, a resident of Kothe, Baba Jeevan Singh Dan Singh Wala. Who was calling the in-charge of the post to release his men from the Goniana police post by introducing himself as MLA Master Jagsir Singh of Halka Bhucho.
The police have registered a case against the accused on the complaint of Mohandeep Singh, in-charge of the post. According to the information, the police of Goniana Chowki had arrested some youths while rioting on December 19. To free these youths, the said accused Harvinder Singh came to the outpost in-charge, who declared himself as the general secretary of the Aam Aadmi Party, but the youths caught by the outpost in-charge were locked up under Section 109. Due to this, their bail had to be taken from the SDM. After this, on December 23, Harvinder Singh called Mohandeep Singh, the in-charge of the post, and said that MLA Bhuchon Master Jagsir Singh would speak.
The person who spoke as MLA spoke to the in-charge of the post in a very heated manner. After this, the outpost in-charge Mohandeep Singh investigated the matter and found out that the MLA had gone to Patna Sahib. According to the police, further action is being taken against the accused.
