An unknown person entered the house and attacked; A scuffle between Saif and the intruder

Saif Ali Khan Attack: Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked late on Wednesday night by an unknown person who entered his house. The actor was seriously injured due to stabbing during the attack. Officials said that Khan (54) has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital for treatment.
This incident took place at his house in Bandra at around 2.30 am. Lilavati Hospital COO Dr. Neeraj Uthmani said in a statement that Khan was attacked with a knife by an unidentified man at his Bandra home and was brought to the hospital at 3.30 am.
Dr Uthmani said, “Saif was stabbed six times. He has two deep wounds, one near his spine. Neurosurgeon Dr. Dr. Nitin Dange, Cosmetic Surgeon. Leena Jain and anesthesiologist Dr. A team of doctors under the leadership of Nisha Gandhi is operating on him.
Saif’s wife and actress Kareena Kapoor’s team said in a statement, “There was an attempted burglary at the home of Saif Ali Khan and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan last night.” Saif has injured his hand and is in the hospital for treatment. The rest of the family members are fine.
“We request the media and fans to be patient and not panic,” the statement said. The police are already conducting their investigation. Thank you all for your concern.”

Saif Ali Khan’s public relations representative also said in the statement that there was an ‘attempted burglary’ at his house. “He is currently in the hospital and undergoing surgery,” according to the statement. “We request the media and fans to please be patient,” he said. This is a police matter and we will keep you updated on the situation.”
According to initial information, an unknown person entered Saif Ali Khan’s house and an argument broke out between the two, a police official said. Some of the actor’s family members were present in the house at the time of the incident.
When asked if the assailant had attempted to rob the actor’s house, a senior police officer did not give details and said the matter was under investigation. -News-Patiala
