Professor Jaswant Kaur Mani, a talented researcher of Punjabi University, has bid an eternal farewell to this mortal world. Jaswant Kaur Mani (33), the talented niece of journalist Angrez Singh Vicky, son of Gurtej Singh, passed away due to a brief illness.
This talented girl who had done her higher education in Punjabi from Punjabi University, Patiala, had just been selected as a lecturer in the Education Department of Chandigarh and was expected to attend her duties soon. Darshan Singh Asht said that with the sudden death of Mani, the Punjabi mother tongue and the world of education have suffered a great loss.
