A child escaped from the main branch of SBI Bank located at Sheranwala Gate in the city today with cash worth 35 lakhs.
According to the information, this incident took place at the main branch of SBI, which is a restricted area. That means the bank’s cash is lying here and no one can enter there.
But today, a child escaped from this place carrying a bag containing notes. According to the employees of the bank, this cash was kept for depositing in ATMs and it contained 35 lakh cash.
After this incident, the employees in the bank got angry. Inspector Shaminder Singh in charge of CIA staff has reached the spot. CCTV cameras in and around the bank are being scanned.
