Due to the government banning the use of single-use plastic, every person should make it necessary to use a cloth bag or a jute bag.
Punjab Pollution Control Board and Patiala Social Welfare Society not to use plastic envelopes. So, cloth bags are also being distributed free of cost to people. Today these bags were also distributed to the members of the society and appealed.
To make each one more and more aware. Society is also providing employment to needy girls. Punjab Pollution Control Board Chairman Adarsh Paul Wing and Member Secretary Karnesh Garg also appealed to the people to follow the rules.
The Patiala Social Welfare Society honored the students for their merit in the tenth class. This idea came from Manjit Singh Narang IAS. (Retd.) said while awarding the children. Former DPRO Ujagar Singh was also with him. Dr. Prasottam Goyal, M.S. Sidhu Harbans Bansal Padma Sri, and Dr. RL Mittal also presented their views.
