News Patiala: A meeting was held between the representatives of the PSEB Employees Joint Forum and Power Management at Head Office Patiala. In this Power Management Engg. Mr. Kuldeep Singh Khanna, Mr. Sikander Nath, Mr. Harpal Singh, Mr. Baldev Singh Mandhali, Ms. Kaur Singh, Mr. Avtar Singh Kanth, Mr. Ravel Singh Sahaipur, Mr. Balwinder Singh Sandhu, Mr. Harmesh Dhiman were present on the occasion. Etc. joined. The 28-point memorandum was discussed in detail in the meeting.
The management promised to resolve the demands of the employees expeditiously and the remaining demands would be resolved by meeting again within 10 days. And will be resolved by considering anonymity. Mobile Allowance will be increased and arrears will be paid on the lines of the Punjab Government.
Due arrears will be paid to the employees working on grid sub stations soon. Appropriate promotions will be made for RTM, ASSA, technical and clerical staff, and representation in the Wage Formulation Committee.
The remaining allowance will be increased accordingly. Disclosing this here today, Karamchand Bhardwaj, Secretary, Joint Forum said that if the employees did not resolve their issues as per the decision of the meeting within 10 days and did not protect the power employees and grid substations, then the Joint Forum would start a forced struggle.
