The Punjab and Haryana High Court has adjourned the petition filed by MP Amritpal Singh from Khadur Sahib till February 25. Amritspal Singh joined the ongoing budget session of Parliament in the running budget session. The government will keep technical parties in the court on the next hearing.
Amritspal had demanded the issue of the Central Government, the Punjab Government, and others. Amritshipal Singh had said that his parliament is essential in Parliament for Termal, Secretary of the Lok Sabha Secretary. Absences of his parliament is a violation of his constitutional rights.
Amritpal Singh is currently closed in the Dadbrugarh prison of MPs and ‘Waris Punjab de’ at the provisions of the National Security Act (NSA) from Khadur Sahib. The petitioner claimed that he was stopped by joining the parliamentary seat so that the Khadur Sahib could be declared empty. Amritspal claimed that in terms of more than 60 days of Parliament, the seat could be declared empty on him and the 19 million people of his constituency Have to have.
