The police have arrested three persons along with heroin and opium. CIA police officer Raj Kumar said that the police party has arrested Gurmeet Singh resident of Preet Nagar Dugri and Simranjit Singh resident of Bhai Himmat Singh Nagar along with the car on the charge of supplying heroin. 230 grams of heroin and 19 and a half rupees have been recovered from them. Similarly, Mohan Singh, Police Station Officer of Anti-Narcotics Cell, said that during the patrolling, the police party seized Davinder Singh, a resident of Kasabad village, near Amrit Indo Canadian School village, and recovered one kilogram of 900 grams of opium. His Activa scooter has also been seized by the police. Police have registered cases in both the cases.
