The program drawn up to send a procession of 101 farmers from Shambhu border to Delhi on Tuesday has been postponed. Sarwan Singh Pandher, the leader of Kisan Mazdoor Morche, said during a press conference at Shambhu border that this decision has been taken under the invitation given by the central government to the farmers for a meeting in Chandigarh on February 14. Meanwhile, the farmers’ leaders have demanded from the central government to change the time and place of this meeting. Farmer leaders insisted that the proposed meeting should be held in Delhi instead of Chandigarh.
