An educational workshop was conducted at Akal Group of Institutions Mastuana Sahib. Atam Pragas Samaj Welfare Sabha Chairman Dr. as the main speaker of this program. Virinderpal Singh and founder of Vishwa Punjabi Sabha from Canada. Dalbir Singh Kathuria attended. Under the leadership of Council Secretary Jaswant Singh Khaira, all the staff of Akal Group of Institute welcomed the guests with bouquets. The main speaker Dr. Varinderpal Singh presented his deep experience about the heritage educational system of Punjab and said that punctuality, staying connected with Gurmat, practice of Bani and Shastra Vidya were important in the educational system in the olden days. He said that during his teaching, he visited foreign countries and the system there impressed him a lot. The white man met in England gave a lot of information related to Maharaja Ranjit Singh. He said that the educational structure which existed in the reign of Maharaja Ranjit Singh was implemented by the British rulers in their countries. In this workshop which lasted for about four hours, many questions were answered by teachers and children. Dr. Dalveer Singh Kathuria said that speaking in mother tongue encouraged to read. At the end of the program Dr. Virinderpal Singh, Dr. Dalbir Singh Kathuria and many other personalities were honored by the council. On this occasion, linguist Prof. Joga Singh, Gurjit Singh, Principal Satveer Singh and Balveer Kaur Raikoti were present. The role of stage management Prof. Well played by Amandeep Kaur.
