Porbandar (Gujarat), January 5
An Indian Coast Guard (ICG) helicopter crashed while landing in Porbandar, Gujarat on Sunday afternoon. Three crew members died in the accident. Porbandar SP Bharatsinh Jadeja said that the accident took place at 12:10 pm. Three crew members in the chopper, who suffered severe burns, were taken to a hospital in Porbandar. Kamala Bagh Police Station Inspector Rajesh Kanmiya said that the crew members succumbed to their injuries and succumbed to their injuries in the hospital. -News-Patiala
