Surat, January 4A CISF jawan shot himself with his own weapon at the Surat International Airport here. He was rushed to a private hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. The CISF jawan has been identified as Kishan Singh (32) and later went to the toilet around 2:10 pm and shot himself. Dumas police station inspector NV Bharwad said that Singh is a resident of Jaipur and was posted at Surat airport. The youth shot himself in the stomach. The official said that the reason for this fatal step taken by the jawan could not be immediately known and the investigation is on. -News-Patiala
