About five months ago, the husband died after drinking fruit given as prasad to the couple who had come to participate in the anniversary celebrations at Thath Nanaksar. Earlier they were looted. The victim woman had to approach the court to register a case in this regard. According to information, Gursharanjit Singh and his wife Kanwaljit Kaur Rachna were residents of Brindavan Ring Road Chowk Manakpur (Nagpur) and they had come to Nanaksar to attend the anniversary celebrations. Here they were given fruiti prasad by unknown persons. Both of them drank fruiti but Kanwaljit Kaur did not drink the whole fruiti. After this, both of them fainted and unknown persons robbed them of their jewelery of 20 grams bangle, 30 gram bracelet, 10 gram ring and money. After this, someone admitted both of them to the local civil hospital, where Kanwaljit Kaur recovered during the treatment, but Gursharanjit Singh died. At that time, the police registered a case under section 194 BNS, but the victim Kanwaljit Kaur appealed for justice by filing an online petition in the High Court and told about her financial loss.
