Your graduate degree should be from a recognized university. This is a one year paid training program to get full practical experience of banking. The application process has started from 11 November 2025 and the last date is 1 December 2025. The entire process is online and no offline form will be accepted. After filling the form you will need to upload your photograph, signature, degree and other required documents. After paying the fees, submit the form and take a printout. Banking Jobs: What should be the age limit?
For this recruitment candidate must have Graduate degree in any subject from any recognized university. An equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government will also be accepted. Regarding age the minimum age should be 20 years and maximum age should be 28 years as on November 1, 2025. Age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates as per government norms. If you have completed your graduation in 2025 you can still apply provided you have degree certificate or provisional certificate.
BOB Vacancy 2025: How many seats in which state?
The bank has divided the seats state wise and union territory wise. Haryana has the highest number of seats with 400, followed by Kerala with 440. Uttar Pradesh has 307 seats, Meghalaya 297, Rajasthan 215, Tamil Nadu 159 and Telangana 154. 104 seats have been given to West Bengal, 119 to Goa, 96 to Punjab and 52 to Madhya Pradesh. There is also a chance in smaller states like Bihar with 47 seats, Andhra Pradesh with 38, Jammu and Kashmir with 36, Odisha with 29 and Uttarakhand with 22. Assam has 21 seats, Karnataka 15, Chhattisgarh 12 and Gujarat only 10. Manipur has two seats, Mizoram five, Jharkhand five, Puducherry six and Delhi five. A total of 2,700 seats have been allotted across the country.
How much will be the application fee?
The application fee is determined based on the category of the candidate. Candidates belonging to General, OBC, and EWS categories will have to pay ₹800 plus GST. For disabled category, the fee is ₹400 plus GST. This application is completely free for SC and ST candidates. Fee payment must be made online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. Failure to pay the fee will result in rejection of the application.
How will the selection be made?
The selection process will be completed in three phases. First there will be an online written test in which questions will be asked from Banking, Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness. This will be followed by document verification, in which degrees, caste certificates, identity cards etc. will be checked. Finally, a test will be taken in the local language of the state, which will include reading, writing and speaking. Only those candidates who pass all the three stages will be finally selected for the apprenticeship.
BOB Jobs Salary: What will be the stipend and other benefits?
The selected trainee will be given a stipend of Rs.15,000 per month during the one-year training period. This stipend will be paid regularly but no other allowances like DA, HRA, medical or traveling allowance will be given. During the training, candidates will get practical experience in all aspects of banking like branch visit, customer dealing, loan processing, account opening etc. After completion of one year, Apprenticeship Certificate will be awarded which will be very helpful in getting a job in banking sector.
