Dr. Sri Guru Ravidas Welfare Sports Club in village Hamidi. Demonstration by blowing up the effigy of Union Home Minister Amit Shah as a protest against his controversial remarks against Bhimrao Ambedkar. People held placards in their hands and took out a protest march in the village and then raised slogans against the Union Minister. Club President Mangat Singh Chopra said that Dr. Ambedkar has been targeted by the central government for a long time.
Mansa (Pattar Prerak): A protest was held by Azad Samaj Party Kanshi Ram, Mazdoor Mukti Morcha Azad Punjab, Bahujan Mukti Party, Bharat Mukti Morcha here today. He announced that if Amit Shah does not apologize to the country for his crime, then the Bahujan Samaj of the country will be forced to organize a nationwide agitation against the BJP. Addressing the protesters, Mazdoor Mukti Morcha Azad Punjab State President Bhagwant Singh Samao said that the insult of Dr. Ambedkar by the Home Minister in the Parliament has exposed the anti-Dalit face of the BJP.
