Palace T20: Windies beat India by nine wickets in the second match

West Indies defeated the Indian women’s team by nine wickets in the second T20 International match of the three-match series here today. Restricting India to 159 for nine, West Indies achieved the target in 15.4 overs for the loss of one wicket. Windies leveled the series 1-1 with this win.

For West Indies, captain Hayley Mathews played an unbeaten innings of 85 runs in 47 balls with the help of 17 fours. He was well supported by opener Keena Joseph (38 runs) and Shaymen Campbell (29 not out). Saima Thakur took one wicket for 28 runs for India. -News-Patiala
