Supreme Court has issued notice to actress Karisma Kapoor. Actually, this notice has been issued on a petition filed by Priya Kapoor, in which she has demanded to provide a copy of the documents related to the divorce between Karisma Kapoor and her late husband Sanjay Kapoor.
According to the information, Sanjay Kapoor’s third wife Priya Kapoor has approached the Supreme Court to get certified copies of all the documents related to the divorce between Karisma Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor in 2016. It has been said in the petition that Priya Kapoor who was the third wife of Sanjay Kapoor. They need the said divorce documents for legal and personal reasons. On this matter, the Supreme Court has issued a notice for further hearing, seeking reply from Karisma Kapoor.
Priya Kapoor has filed a petition in the Supreme Court asking for certified copies of all the records related to the divorce proceedings. This matter is before Justice A. S.
