News Patiala: ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਡਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਪੰਜ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਵਿਚੋਂ 5 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਸੀਐਮਸੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਮਨਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਨੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਾਥਣ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵਿਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਮਨਿੰਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕੈਸ਼ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਪਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਕੁਝ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਰੇਕੀ ਤੇ ਪੁਖਤਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੰਜ-ਪੰਜ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਰਾਜਗੁਰੂ ਨਗਰ ਸਥਿਤ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਧਾਵਾ ਬੋਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਂਸਰ ਕੱਟਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਇੰਟੈਲੀਜੈਂਸ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਟਰੇਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਪੀਐਸ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਰੀਏ ਲੁਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਟਰੇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕੈਸ਼ ਵਾਲੀ ਵੈਨ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ । ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਮੇਤ 5 ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਆ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਐਲਓਸੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ

Mandeep Kaur, an employee of the CMS company, was the mastermind behind the Rs 8.49 crore robbery that took place in Ludhiana on June 10.
Mandeep Kaur had been working in the company for the past four years and was fully aware of its security procedures. She conspired with her husband, Manjinder Singh, and five other men to rob the company.
The gang struck on June 10, when they barged into the company’s office in the early hours of the morning. They held five employees hostage and looted Rs 8.49 crore from the office. They then fled in a cash van.
The police were able to track down the gang and recover Rs 5 crore of the stolen money. Manjinder Singh and four other men have been arrested. The police are still looking for Mandeep Kaur.
