Banks will be closed for 13 days in September 2022 as per the Reserve Bank of India holiday calendar. But, this 13-day holiday is different in different states. Due to the festive season, there will be bank holidays in various states.
There are some bank holidays that will be closed only in one state and there are some when all the banks across the country will be closed.
Yet, in online mode, you can continue your banking work. Banks will remain closed for a total of 13 days in September at different places. There are about 6 days in September when banks remain closed across the country. One has to visit the branch for services like check clearance, loan, and demand draft.
