Capt Amarinder Singh‘s route was stopped by Innova car and traffic was blocked. The incident took place on Tuesday. The Urban Estate Police Station has registered a case against the Innova car driver and arrested him. The driver was identified as Manjinder Singh, a resident of Sarabha Nagar, Patiala.
