Patiala News, January 17, 2022: The Congress party has announced candidates for 86 assembly seats but the Congress is still churning out former chief minister Kai Amarinder Singh’s constituency Patiala urban seat. While the city of Patiala can gamble on a single minister, the eye of Congress is on the Aam Aadmi Party.
