Who can apply for a New Arms License?

1. Can apply for a New Arms License over 18 years. 
2. Disqualified applicants’ applications may also be rejected. This also eliminates the applicant’s fee. The applicant cannot make any claim for this. 
3. After the death of the Arms licensee, his legal heir can also apply for a New Arms License. 
4. Only a person who has passed a dope test can apply for a New Arms License. 
5. New Arms License can also be applied in case of hazard and loss of goods.

All of the above conditions do not apply to banks, associations, clubs, and players

Documents required to apply for New Arms License 

1. Four passport size copies of the applicant’s latest photograph (in white background)
2. Proof of date of birth
3. Proof of Identity – Aadhaar Card or Aadhaar Card in the absence of the applicant
4. To be submitted in the form of a written declaration is an affidavit along with an alternative proof of identity which may include a passport. 
5. Voter ID card, PAN card, or identity card has been issued to the employees.
6. Medical certificate 
7. Dope test report from a government hospital.
8. At least 10 photos of planting.

How to fill out the New Arms License form

1. The applicant is the one who is submitting the form. 
2. The column in front of * must be filled. 
3. License details stating Weapon Category Weapon Type Weapon Bore
4. In contrast to column 15, the applicant should clearly state the objectives (s) for which the license is required – such as use, acquisition, possession, picking, playing, performing, harming wild animals by category. Damage to humans or animals and crops etc. License applied (Form II, III, or IV). 
5. After completing the form clearly and correctly, sign at the bottom of each page
6. No form of cutting or overwriting should be made in the form otherwise the form may be rejected 
7. After completing the form, attach all the above-mentioned documents to the original and photocopy form.
8. The form file should be verified by the District Magistrate.
