On the final day of the Guldaudi Show in Terraced Garden Sector-33 here, there was a huge crowd of people and a large number of people from other areas including Chandigarh also participated. The audience who came to the show also enjoyed a Sunday holiday today. Municipal Corporation Commissioner Amit Kumar said that cultural programs or other major competitions were not organized in the show this year due to the financial crisis of the Municipal Corporation, but despite this, the various types of chrysanthemums remained the center of attraction for the people during this three-day show. Stalls have also been set up by self-help groups of the municipal corporation during this show, where there was a huge crowd of visitors. Visitors also enjoyed a variety of cuisines at the food court set up in the garden. As it was Sunday, people reached here with their families and took selfies with flowers. It may be mentioned that this year, the municipal corporation had proposed an expenditure of 24 lakh rupees for the show, but due to the financial crisis, major programs were canceled and arrangements were made for this show with an expenditure of only three and a half lakh rupees.
