London Tour : Real estate company Casagrande has planned a tour package for 1,000 of its employees to visit London, saying it helps them connect with their employees.

Chennai-based real estate company Casagrande has announced that 1,000 employees from India and Dubai will be taken on a week-long trip to London as part of their annual rewards program, Profit Share Bonanza. The company said that this reward program has been running for the past several years and so far more than 6,000 employees have been taken on a trip to many countries of the world including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, Spain. The company says this helps employees connect with the company.
The company said the initiative aims to ensure employee engagement. This level has increased significantly since its inception. The success of the company is also the result of the tireless efforts of its employees. So, employees and the company should celebrate it together. Employees based in India and Dubai are being given the London travel experience, Casagrande said. The goal is to allow employees to experience the heritage and cultural atmosphere of the region. This time, 1,000 employees will travel in groups.
A company statement said 1,000 employees will enjoy an audio-guided tour of Windsor Castle, Camden’s ghetto and markets and a sumptuous dinner at the InterContinental London. The company said employees will be taken to a number of famous landmarks such as St Paul’s Cathedral, London Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. This will be followed by a visit to the Madame Tussauds Museum and the tour will conclude with a cruise on the River Thames.
