According to reports, two terrorists have been killed so far, and the search for the rest is on. Security forces are searching the entire complex. The attack comes amid a surge in attacks in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
In November 2022, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) broke a ceasefire with the government and threatened to attack security forces, police and law enforcement agencies. Since then, there has been a rapid increase in such incidents in the country.
