Ishan Kishan Maiden T20I Century: Ishan Kishan has scored his maiden century in T20 international cricket. He achieved this feat in the fifth and final T20 match against New Zealand. Ishan beat the New Zealand bowlers badly. He scored a century in his 36th T20 international match. Earlier, Ishan’s highest score in this format was 89 runs.
Ishan Kishan scored the first century of his T20 international career. He completed his century in the fifth and final T20I of the series against New Zealand in Thiruvananthapuram. The left-hander tore through the New Zealand bowlers, scoring 29 runs in an over. Ishan hit all six balls of spinner Isha Sodhi’s over for fours. He completed his half-century with a boundary off 28 balls. He then completed his century off 42 balls. In his century, Ishan hit 10 sixes and 6 fours.
Earlier, Ishan Kishan’s highest score in T20 international cricket was 89 runs. He scored his maiden century in his 36th T20 International match. Ishan Kishan did not play in the fourth T20I of the current series against New Zealand. During the toss, captain Suryakumar Yadav announced that Ishan Kishan was injured. Ishan scored a half century in the T20 match played in Raipur. Ishan’s form ahead of the T20 World Cup bodes well for the Indian team.
