Deputy Governor V.K. Saxena approved the amendment in Rule 9 of the Delhi Police (Recruitment and Recruitment) Rules, 1980. Under this amendment, special provisions will be made for ex-fire fighters in the recruitment of male constables (executive) in the Delhi Police.
