Aditya Dhar’s ‘Dhurandhar’ has earned Rs 1136.75 crore so far. Ladakh LG Kavinder Gupta declared the film tax-free. Some part of the film was shot in Ladakh itself. LG Kavinder Gupta has taken an important step towards establishing Ladakh as a major film shooting destination of the country.

New Delhi. The spy action thriller ‘Dhurandhar’, directed by Aditya Dhar, is making new records every day since its release. Ranveer Singh is in the lead role in the film, while Akshay Khanna is playing the role of dreaded gangster Rehman Dacoit. The film has done a great business of Rs 886.75 crores in India and has collected Rs 1136.75 crores worldwide. The film has been made tax-free in Ladakh after 28 days of its release.

Ladakh Lieutenant Governor (LG) Kavinder Gupta has declared tax-free in the union territory. According to the information, an important step has been taken towards establishing Ladakh as a major film shooting destination of the country. This announcement has been made not only with the aim of promoting the film industry, but it is also expected to boost tourism and local employment in Ladakh.
