Tomato prices- Tomato prices have skyrocketed in Pakistan. The price of tomatoes has increased not by one or two percent, but by 400%. In Pakistan, where tomatoes are widely used in cooking, tomato prices have reached 600 Pakistani rupees per kilogram.

Not only tomatoes, but apples and grapes are also in short supply in the market. This is due to border tension between Pakistan and its neighboring country, Afghanistan.
