Mumbai. Bollywood and Assamese singer Zubeen Garg died in Singapore. He was 52 years old. He was performed at the Northeast Festival to be held in Singapore on 20 and 21 September. But a day before starting from the event, he went to diving on one beach in Singapore. Many reports claimed that he did not wear a life jacket. The police took him out of the sea and admitted to the hospital. He was declared dead by doctors.

The Chief Minister posted on ‘X’ and said, “The post -mortem of the body of all of us was completed in Singapore. His body is being assigned to the team members Shekhar Jyoti Goswami, Sandipan Garg and Siddharth Sharma (manager) in the presence of the Indian Embassy officials. ‘

Many people were doing scuba diving with Zubin Garg

In Singapore, Indian High Commissioner Shilpak Ambule informed Hemant on Friday night that Garg died in Singapore while swimming without a life jacket. Hemant had said that 18 people including Garg had gone for scuba dia and swimming. He said that Zubin Garg had gone for swimming wearing a life jacket and the life guard asked him to wear a life jacket, but he did not do so. The Assam Chief Minister said, “Jubin was initially wore a life jacket, but after a few seconds he removed it saying that the jacket is very big and it is having trouble wearing it.”
