Request to ensure the security of minorities in Bangladesh


New Delhi, February 22

A petition in the Supreme Court of India has been filed with the directing of the Union government to take immediate appropriate steps to prevent continuous violence in Bangladesh.

The petition has also been appealed to increase the cut-off date in view of the citizenship of Hindus for the citizenship of Hindus.

The petition is listed on February 24’s Chief Justice bench to hear.
