The process of obtaining fitness certificate for buses is in progress. The effort behind this is to promote tourism in Punjab and create employment opportunities for people. Because when these buses were launched, it was claimed to be a unique new project in the country.

According to information, the issue of these buses was raised a few days ago in a meeting of the tourism department of the Punjab government. During this period, it was discovered that crores of buses were lying idle. After which a strategy was made to run buses. After this, the standing water buses at Harike Wetland were checked.

The process of issuing their necessary repairs and fitness certificates is being completed by the Transport Department. Along with this, consultation has also been done with the Forest Department for running buses. After which environmental approval will be taken. Hope people will be able to enjoy them soon.
