The person who came to the court against Rahul Gandhi, accused of damaging milk worth Rs. 250

Patna, 21 January

A resident of Bihar has filed a case in a local court, alleging that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi threw his milk container, causing a loss of Rs 250.

The bizarre incident took place in Samastipur district, where complainant Mukesh Chaudhary claimed to have been shocked to hear Gandhi’s “war against the Indian state” comment last week. “I was so shocked that my bucket full of five liters of milk, which costs Rs 50 per litre, slipped from my hand. Rahul Gandhi is threatening the sovereignty of the country,” alleged Chaudhary.

The resident of Sonupur village also showed the media a copy of his petition filed in the civil court of Rossera subdivision, seeking prosecution of Gandhi under various sections of the BNS, including 152 related to sedition. However, it is not known whether the court had admitted the petition or not. News-Patiala
