A member of the Delhi court returned to Chief Minister Attishi today in a defamation case filed by the Bharatiya Janata Party leader. Special judge Vast Gogne issued the order on appeal filed by the Aam Aadmi Party’s leader against the Magistrate Court order.
The magistrate court had issued the fire on fireworks on the complaint of Praveen Shankar Kapoor. The judge reflected the army of the lawyer’s lawyer, which states that the firefighter’s remarks did not deform Kapoor because of the BJP, not against a person. -Ptyti
