AAP MLA’s son’s bullet seized despite talking to SO, fined Rs 20,000

Delhi Police has registered a case against two persons for using a modified silencer motorcycle and misbehaving with officers on duty. They have been fined around Rs 20,000 for violating various sections of the Motor Vehicle Act. The incident took place when the police team was conducting a security patrol in the Okhla area of ​​the national capital ahead of Republic Day.

According to the police, these two youths were driving the motorcycle in the wrong way, making loud noise with modified silencer and driving in a zigzag manner. When the police stopped them, a youth claimed to be the son of AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan and accused the authorities of targeting him because of his father’s condition.

According to the Delhi Police, they also refused to show their driving license and identification, saying they did not need it. One of them also called Amanatullah Khan, who spoke to the SHO. Despite this, the boys left without revealing their names and addresses. The police have registered a case and submitted a challan. Their bikes have been seized under various sections.

“During the Delhi Police patrol, two boys were seen on a bullet, coming from the wrong side and making loud noises with the bullet’s modifier silencer,” the police said. The bike was being ridden in a zigzag manner. The police caught the boys and one of the boys said that he was the son of AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan. He abused the police accusing them of doing this because he is the son of an AAP MLA.

A boy called Amanatullah Khan and asked to speak to the SHO. The boys later left without revealing their names and addresses. ASI took his bullet motorcycle to the police station.
