UP: Five workers injured due to high tension wire tower falling in Prayagraj

Five laborers were injured due to the fall of a 400 KW transmission line tower in Sahason area under Tharavai police station area of ​​Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday. Police officer Kuldeep Gunawat clarified that the incident took place in a rural area away from the city and has nothing to do with the operations of the Mahakumbh.

ACP (Tharvai) Chandrapal Singh said that the work of 400 kilowatt transmission line connecting Bengal with Delhi was going on in Sahason area under Tharvai police station on Saturday. On this occasion, while pulling wires, a tower fell uncontrollably, due to which five workers were injured after being hit by it. He said that the police reached the spot and took the five workers to the hospital by ambulance, where three workers have been discharged after initial treatment, while two injured have been referred to SRN.
