Prime Minister Narendra Modi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi returned home from Kuwait visit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Delhi tonight after concluding his two-day visit to Kuwait. Earlier, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was honored with Kuwait’s highest honor ‘The Order of Mubarak Al Kabir’. The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, conferred this honor on the Prime Minister.

Prime Minister Modi was given this honor to strengthen better relations between the two countries. The Order of Mubarak Al Kabir is an Order of Knighthood of Kuwait. Officials said that this is the 20th international honor given to Prime Minister Modi by a country. This honor is given to heads of state, members of foreign royal families as a symbol of friendship. Earlier this honor has been given to foreign leaders like Bill Clinton, Prince Charles and George Bush.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held wide-ranging talks with the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshaal today, in which the focus was on giving a new impetus to India-Kuwaiti relations, especially in the fields of trade, investment and energy. Modi arrived in Kuwait on a two-day visit on Saturday. This is the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to this country in the last 43 years. Earlier, in 1981, the then Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi visited Kuwait.
