Parliament scuffle: Case filed against Rahul Gandhi transferred to Crime Branch


New Delhi, 20 December

The case registered against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for bullying outside Parliament has been transferred to the crime branch. On the complaint of the BJP, a case was registered against Rahul Gandhi under various sections of the Indian Penal Code in the Parliamentary Police Station on Thursday. Two BJP MPs were injured in the alleged brawl in the parliamentary premises, who are undergoing treatment at the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. On the other hand, Congress also filed a complaint in the same police station. Unj Gandhi has denied the allegations of bullying against him. News-Patiala
