He said that when the farmers take to the streets for their rightful demands, the government lathi-charges them and spends a long time in the courts by filing false forms. Grewal said that the big riches are fleeing abroad after taking loans from banks, but the governments are only looking at the debts incurred by the farmers. On this occasion, the farmers demanded from the government that as promised, the debts incurred by the farmers should be canceled without delay, the farmers should be given money for agriculture without interest, the prices of the crops should be given according to Swaminathan’s report, the rates of the crops should be according to the MSP. to be given He said that if the central and state governments do not fulfill the rightful demands of the farmers, then the struggle will be intensified.
