News Patiala: A bus full of pilgrims going to Vaishno Devi collided with a truck. The bus driver was injured in this accident. While the devotees have been saved. The accident was so dangerous that the front of the bus was completely damaged and it was also saved from falling down from the bridge.
The bus driver Nukul, a resident of Bagpat Uttar Pradesh, gave information and said that around 6 o’clock this morning, the bus of Kattra (Vaishno Devi) pilgrims from Delhi was passing through the bridge built on Sirhind Bypass.
The driver of an oncoming truck hit the brakes suddenly, causing his bus to collide with its rear. The truck driver drove away from his truck. In this accident, the front side of the bus was badly damaged. The dryer got stuck between the seat and the steering wheel.
The nearby colonists pulled him out after a struggle. About 50 devotees sitting in the bus, along with the bus driver and the cleaner, were saved. The passengers of the bus were sent onward through other arrangements and the driver was sent to a local hospital with minor injuries.
