News Patiala, January 8, 2023 – SP Singh was produced in the Vigilance Bureau FS-1 Punjab Mohali court today. While hearing the case, the court sent SP Singh on vigilance remand for 4 days till 12.01.2023.
SP Singh was arrested by the Vigilance Bureau on charges of taking undue advantage and causing a huge loss to the exchequer in connection with the transfer/allotment of an industrial plot. FIR No: 01 dated 05.01.2023 under 13(1) (A), 13(2) PC Act was filed. This
There was also collusion with other officers/employees of the Corporation.
After the funeral of veteran and senior journalist NS Parwana, Parwana’s son SP Singh, who is the former executive director of PSIEC, was arrested by the Vigilance Bureau Punjab team.
