Ex CM Channi’s sister-in-law resigned after VC’s resignation
The severity of Punjab Health Minister Chetan Singh Jora Majra has also fallen on the sister-in-law of former CM Charanjit Channi. Former CM Channi’s brother Dr. Manohar Singh’s wife Dr. Maninder Kaur has resigned from her job. He was posted as Senior Medical Officer in Civil Hospital, Kharar.
A few days ago, Health Minister Chetan Singh Joudemajra did a checkup at Kharar Hospital. The SMO was reprimanded for not running fans in the ward and not cleaning the washrooms. After which Dr. Maninder was transferred from Kharar to Dhanula in Barnala.
Health Minister Chetan Singh Jodamajra reached Kharar Hospital on July 20. Local MLA and Tourism Minister Anmol Gagan Mann were also present with them. Meanwhile, the minister told the SMO in detail about cleanliness in the hospital. Dr. Maninder Kaur’s husband Dr. Manohar Singh also contested the Punjab Vidhan Sabha elections. For this, he has also resigned from the post of SMO. They were demanding a Congress ticket from Bassi Pathana. After not getting a ticket from Congress, he contested the independent elections but lost. They expected that Chief Minister Charanjit would win from Channi’s popularity but Channi himself lost the election from 2 seats.
