In view of the public safety and to maintain Law & Order in the district. Patiala Police has been checking the vehicles at Inter-State borders and on highways to prevent any untoward incident from happening.
ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿਚ ਲਾਅ ਐਂਡ ਆਰਡਰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ, ਇੰਟਰ-ਸਟੇਟ ਬਾਰਡਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਈਵੇ ਤੇ ਨਾਕਾਬੰਦੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੇਹਿਕਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਣਸੁਖਾਵੀਂ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
