| Agneepath Scheme: Railways cancelled 529 trains |
More than 500 trains were canceled on Monday due to protests against the Agneepath scheme for army recruitment, which again disrupted rail operations. The railways said in a statement that 539 trains were affected, and 529 trains were canceled, including 181 mail/express trains and 348 passenger trains. Railways have also partially canceled 4 Mail / Express trains.
