He said that health services would be provided at the health fairs as well as the people would be made aware of the schemes being run by the health department. Giving information about the health fairs, the Additional Deputy Commissioner said that the health fairs starting from 8 am to 2 pm would start from April 18.
The first health fair of the district would be held on 18th April at PHC Dudhansadhan and on 19th April at PHC. Kalomajra, April 21 Ph.D. Bhadson and Ph.D. Health fairs will be organized at Koli on April 22 PHC. Shutrana and Ph.D. A health fair will be organized at Harpalpur and a health awareness campaign will be launched for the people. He also directed to spread awareness about the health fair at the village level to reach out to a maximum number of people. During the meeting, Civil Surgeon Dr. Jatinder Kansal said that about 20 stalls would be set up at the health fair in which patients would be examined by homeopathic, Greek, and Ayurvedic doctors including laboratory tests, free medicines, covid vaccination camp. Apart from this, the people would also be made aware of the importance of yoga for good health. He said that these fairs would also help in informing the people about the various health programs being run by the government and also providing laboratory services, consultation, medicine, and treatment. , Referral, etc. Various facilities will be available in one place
