Patiala Police is celebrating ‘No Challan Day’ today, in view of which the traffic violators are being briefed about the traffic rules by the police without cutting off their challans. On this occasion Patiala Police SSP Patiala S. Mr. Harcharan Singh Bhullar IPSG thanked the people for following the traffic rules by giving them roses and also encouraged them to follow the same rules.
