The Punjab and Haryana High Court has rejected the petition filed by the strange demand of Rs 1,000 for women living in a relationship with festivals and consent.
Let’s file a petition, Panchkula Resident Narinder Kumar Malhhudra had appealed to the High Court to declared the fourth. The petitioner appealed to the High Court to order the central government to join women living in the relationship between widows, divorced or consent. If a square of the society opposes it, it should be considered crime and punishment should be arranged. The petitioner said the central government should be ordered to make laws.
The High Court said it was a social issue, which has been filed in the High Court. Having a law is the work of the Vidhan Sabha, not the judiciary.
Our job is just to protect the constitutional rights of citizens in case of being discriminated against in law, error, injustice etc.. The petitioner has ruined our precious time, so he will have to pay fine. The High Court dismissed the petition, fine Rs 1,000 on petitioners. The petitioner will have to deposit the penalty to PGI poor patient relief.
