Punjabi Writers Sabha Rampur is organizing a face-to-face ceremony with the thinker and prose writer Buddha Singh Neelon on December 29 at 10 am in the Seminar Hall Library. President of the Sabha Anil Fatehgarh Jat and General Secretary Balwant Mangat said that Sahitya Akademi award winning novelist Mitra Sen Meet will preside over this function. Former Sarpanch Daburji Baldev Singh Jhaj will be the chief guest in this function and Mr. Nilon will be honored with ‘Norang Singh Jhaj Memorial Award-2024’.
